Movie stars are prone to living rather strange lives, especially where their dietary habits are concerned. Whilst the rest of us follow rather mundane, if not, saner lives we can only marvel at the antics our screen idols get up to. What had been gathered here are some of the rather surreal diets followed by our favourite Hollywood stars. Some are downright inexplicable and others perhaps rather fussy.

10. Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer’s morning routine consists of a glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice, in addition to cutting out unhealthy habits such as smoking, alcohol and caffeine. Hasn’t done her any harm and it is one of the more normal diets.

9. Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth has always been a supporter of healthy lifestyle choices and eating habits. At one time her diet was strictly macrobiotic, foods that weren’t processed and were 100% natural. These consisted of algae, cereals, seeds, whole grains, fruit, and vegetables. Foods that were excluded were dairy, eggs, meat, and fish. Gwyneth has since relented a little and allowed her diet to become less restrictive.

8. Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah Michelle’s diet of choice has been the Cabbage Soup Diet, which is eaten for 7 days, interspersed with other fruit and vegetables. A two-week gap is then left before the next 7-day diet. The soup is meant to be a good fat burner but appears a little anti-social.
